The mission of Project Homeless ConnectTM (PHC) is to connect homeless San Franciscans with the care they need to move forward.

Project Homeless Connect collaborates with government, corporations, individuals and our participants to give people what they need, when and how they need it. We acknowledge and work from the belief that the reasons for a person’s homelessness are as unique as they are.

PHC’s Every Day Connect program is a team of dedicated, resourceful and compassionate individuals, who work with people experiencing homelessness on a one-on-one basis to help them gain access to the services they need. We specialize in services such as: dentures, prescription glasses, a DMV ID, Lifeline cells phones and much more..

One way we do this is by setting folks up with basic and essential household items when moving into housing. Our wish list “Move Me In” shows our most requested items. Join us and help make someone’s move into housing welcoming and comfortable!
