Help a family as the escape homelessness and move into a new home through Compass SF HOME. SF HOME provides rental subsidies for up to two years, coupled with intensive support services, to eligible families.  Additionally, the program helps families in danger of homelessness to retain their housing and rapidly re-houses homeless families so that they can work towards long-term self-sufficiency. SF HOME strives to provide a "welcome home" kit for each family recieving a subsidy. The kit is filled with all the basic household necessities so families can start their new life off on the right foot. Please help us ensure that we can truly welcome each of our families home.
