EGOSI is a multi-faceted organization which provides a range of programs, services and opportunities targeting and benefitting: disadvantaged and underserved men, women, children, youth, and young adults of all ages living primarily in Sacramento and Fresno, California, and other cities throughout the central valley regions of California, Tanzania, East Africa and Benin, West Africa. The program will benefit families and individuals living in both urban and rural communities of the areas in which we work.

Headquartered in Sacramento County, California, EGOSI is distinctly set up as a Comprehensive Intervention and Continuum-of-Care Program, with its core focus on poverty reduction, socio-economic development, implementing employment opportunities, improving living conditions for citizens, homelessness support, and being a reliable community resource for the provision of essential supplies, toiletries and basic hygienic necessities.

The primary focus of services includes but is not limited to homelessness resources such as: donated clothing, shoes, blankets, and tents. Currently, we are distributing personal hygiene care packets including basic toiletries, feminine hygiene products and non-perishable food items.
