Marin Mobile Care

There are 1,117 people experiencing homelessness in Marin County, 708 of them are unsheltered. And there is only one location in Marin County to get a free shower. We are changing that. Showers are a basic need, not a privilege, which is why we feel it's important that people experiencing homelessness not have to choose to use their limited resources gaining access to a shower.

Marin Mobile Care's showers, operated by Downtown Streets Team, are comprised of two mobile shower trailers that will travel to different locations throughout the County to bring dignity and care in the form of showers to those in need. Each trailer offers 3-shower stalls with toilets, one CA ADA compliant.

Working in conjunction with the County of Marin’s Coordinated Entry System, we are better able to connect our unsheltered neighbors to available resources that assist them in ending their homeless experience.

This is all great news, but we need your help! While soap and towels are generously covered by EO Products and local hotels, a regular request from our guests include items like socks, underwear, feminine hygiene products, and other items included on our wishlist.

Thank you for your support in allowing these items to be available to our unsheltered neighbors in need!
